Booking and Payments
- Deposits: All bookings for the Lombok Loop tour require a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits are payable to “WS Travel Pty Ltd”, operating under the trading name We Seek Travel, operating solely in Australia (ABN 15 665 797 213). WS Travel Pty Ltd collects these deposits on behalf of PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA as part of a marketing and payment management service agreement.
- Payment Processing: Although deposits are collected by WS Travel Pty Ltd, they are processed and handled on behalf of PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA, which operates the Lombok Loop tours. Final payment for the tour is required upon arrival in Lombok directly to the PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA as detailed in our Refund Policy.
- Services Provided by WS Travel Pty Ltd: WS Travel Pty Ltd is not operational in Indonesia and does not have any day-to-day connections to the tours. Their role is limited to providing marketing and payment management services to PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA.
Cancellation and Refunds

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and sharing of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to the Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is handled by both PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA and WS Travel Pty Ltd in the context of your tour booking and participation.
Limitation of Liability
PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA, its employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “the Company”), shall not be held liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, accident, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel, or equipment, or through the acts or omissions of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, providing accommodations, or carrying out arranged tour services, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant. This includes any loss or damage resulting from fire, theft, government regulations, war, terrorism, weather conditions, quarantine, sickness, strikes, or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.
Travel Insurance
The Company strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to cover unexpected events, including but not limited to medical expenses, injury, death, loss of luggage, cancellation or curtailment of the trip, and emergency evacuation. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage purchased is adequate for the nature and geography of the tour activities (including motorcycle activities) and duration. The Company will not be responsible for verifying or advising on insurance coverage suitability.
Assumption of Risk
By booking a tour with Lombok Loop, travelers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with motorcycle travel and the adventurous nature of the tour. These risks include but are not limited to the risk of injury from motorcycling, other physical activities, exposure to wildlife, and travel in remote areas. Travelers confirm they are in good health and physically capable of undertaking all aspects of the tour. Participation is at the traveler’s own risk, and the Company will not be liable for any harm or injury that may occur as a result of these risks.
Indemnification
Travelers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from the traveler’s participation in the Lombok Loop tour.
Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have taken all necessary health and safety precautions for travel to Indonesia. This includes, but is not limited to, vaccinations, provision of necessary medication, and fitness to travel. The Company is not responsible for the provision of health and safety advice related to travel in Indonesia.
Compliance with Local Laws
Travelers agree to comply with all local laws and regulations of Indonesia, including those relating to health and safety, conduct, and motorcycling. The Company is not responsible for any legal penalties, fines, or other repercussions that may result from the violation of local laws by travelers.
Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respect the environment, local cultures, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund for misconduct or endangerment to others.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued booking and participation in the Lombok Loop tour following any such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms and Conditions.
