Introduction
Welcome to the Lombok Loop. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for the tour operated by PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
We have appointed WS Travel Pty Ltd (Australia) as our authorized Booking Agent to facilitate payments and reservations on our behalf. By booking a tour, you agree to the terms below.
Payment
- Reservation: As this tour is quite popular, we ask all travelers to pay the full trip fee in advance to secure their spot on the Lombok Loop tour.
- Collection: You acknowledge that your payment is collected by our Agent, WS Travel Pty Ltd, and held in a clearing account before being remitted to Us to secure your booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Traveler:
Your booking secures a guaranteed spot on our limited group Lombok Loop tour. Since places are limited and tours often sell out, we’ve created a fair refund policy that considers both our travelers and the costs our team bares for prearranging food, accommodation, bike rental, and rider/guide wages.
For bookings made after 14th of September 2025:
- Full refund up to 14 days before departure
Cancel at least 14 days before your trip for a 100% refund. - Within 5 to 14 days before departure
Cancel during this window for a full refund minus a 1,000,000 IDR cancellation fee to cover pre-arranged costs. - Within 5 days of departure or no-show
Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure, or failure to show up, are eligible for a 50% refund..
2. Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc), travelers will be offered a choice between:
- A Full Refund of all payments made; or
- An Alternative Tour Date (subject to availability). Note: Neither We nor our Agent are responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred (e.g., flights, separate accommodation).
Legacy Bookings: For deposit-only bookings made before 14 September 2025, we will honor our previous refund policy: a full deposit refund within 30 days of booking, and non-refundable within 30 days of trip departure.
Modifications by Travelers: If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., changing dates), we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any price adjustments. Modification requests must be made by contacting our bookings team (or external agent) directly at least 7 days before the scheduled tour start date to avoid any fees.
Insurance: All travelers are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal accident, personal luggage, money and public liability before embarking on the Lombok Loop tour. All travelers are responsible for their own insurance coverage and need to ensure that the policy covers motorcycle activities. A popular option with previous riders is HeyMondo for price & inclusions.
Liability & Contract Performance:
- Our Responsibility (The Operator): We accept responsibility for ensuring that the tour services, safety standards, and equipment provided match our contract with you.
- Agent Responsibility: You acknowledge that WS Travel Pty Ltd is responsible strictly for the accuracy of the booking process and the secure handling of your payment. Our Agent explicitly disclaims liability for any tour service failures, injuries, or operational decisions made by Us on the ground.
Complaints: Should you have any complaints about any aspect of your tour, please bring them to our attention immediately either by contacting your Lead Guide (appointed after commencement of the tour), or our local bookings channel ([email protected]), or external agent if applicable. Complaints not resolved on tour should be communicated with our booking or support team immediately.
Acceptance of Terms: ayment of your deposit or full balance constitutes acceptance of this policy. By paying, you acknowledge that you are entering into a service contract with PT FEEL LOMBOK INDONESIA.
