NEW Option: Start the Lombok Loop from Kuta Lombok!

Due to popular demand, we’re excited to announce that The Lombok Loop now has weekly departures from Kuta Lombok!

For a long time, many travelers have asked if they could start (and finish) the Loop in Kuta Lombok. Since it’s where most people stay before exploring the island. We’ve listened, and now you can!

How It Works

No matter which option you book, the Lombok Loop still runs as a 4-day, 3-night adventure with the same small-group format and all-inclusive experience at the exaxt same price.

Now, you have two options to join:

  • Senggigi Departure (Thursdays)
    • Start every Thursday morning from Senggigi
    • Finish back in Senggigi on Sunday after lunch
  • Kuta Departure (Fridays)
    • Start every Friday morning from Kuta Lombok
    • Link up with the Senggigi group after breakfast
    • Finish back in Kuta Lombok on Monday afternoon

Both groups travel together as one from Friday onwards. The only difference is that Thursday is only for Senggigi starters and Monday is only for Kuta starters.

What This Means for You

  • More flexibility — choose your start point based on where you’re staying.
  • Convenience — if you’re already in Kuta, no need to transfer across the island.
  • Same highlights — we’ve extended the Kuta itinerary so you’ll still experience the Southern Lombok beaches and culture that Senggigi riders enjoy on Day 1.
  • Finish where you started — Senggigi riders return to Senggigi, Kuta riders return to Kuta.

Why We Made This Change

Kuta Lombok has quickly become the island’s main traveler hub. With so many people already spending time here before or after the trip, it made sense to open up this option. We want to make joining the Loop as seamless as possible — without missing any of the must-see highlights along the way.

Spots remain limited for both departures to keep the experience small and personal. Tours are already filling fast with this new Kuta option, so book ahead to secure your place! Remember to pick the correct day for your starting point.

This chance meeting led to Olly volunteering for Dayat’s non-profit English program for local kids, sparking a lasting friendship.
